Looks like stucco. Lasts like paint.

Cork Spray is a coating for painters, plasterers and EIFS contractors that provides all the benefits of an elastomeric paint with the attractive textured finish of a cementitious product.

  • Resists cracks. Acrylic resin-based product, not cement-based.
  • Long lasting color. Fades slowly, like an elastomeric paint (1%/year), not mortar (10%/year)
  • Sprays on quickly like a paint, resulting in a uniform finish - doesn’t slump, no leveling or trowelling required.
  • Dries quickly in 4-5 hours. No long curing times. No long waits between coats.

The top coat that flexes and stretches

Your building's winter coat.

In cold climates, temperatures can swing up to 50 degrees in 24 hours. Building materials freeze and thaw, expand and contract, causing cracks in stucco, EIFs top coats and roof coatings. Heat escapes, water enters, and integrity fails - resulting in big, expensive problems.

You can avoid these issues with a spray cork coating. Unlike the rock filler in stucco, cork is naturally flexible. When your walls expand and contract, cork compresses and stretches along with its elastomeric resin suspension.

An effective, efficient weather barrier

When you spray cork your home... it’s a wrap.

A spray cork finish is similar to regular elastomeric paint job, but thicker and able to cover cracks and holes up to 1/8 inch wide. When you spray cork your house, you’re creating a barrier against the elements.

You can avoid these issues with a spray cork coating. Unlike the rock filler in stucco, cork is naturally flexible. When your walls expand and contract, cork compresses and stretches along with its elastomeric resin suspension.

  • Great for rejuvenating exterior stucco and concrete parging.
  • Decorative finish for an unfinished basement that insulates from heat and cold and absorbs sound.
  • Keeps water out, yet breathes, allowing water vapour to pass.
  • Prevents blistering, premature coatings failure, rebar rust and concrete failure

Renewable & Sustainable

Cork is a renewable resource. It’s harvested from the bark of the cork tree, which grows back every 10 years. But we’re not harvesting cork directly - we use cork left over from the wine cork manufacturing process that would otherwise be discarded, making spray cork both renewable and recycled.

Putting spray cork to work.

Residential, Commercial & Industrial Applications

Spray cork is recommended for renovations, restorations and new builds where long lasting color and protection are required, especially over stucco, concrete and metal.

Concrete finish

Spray cork keeps water out while allowing concrete to breathe.

EIFS top coat

Substitute spray cork for stucco on EIFS for a longer-lasting color and better protection.

Stucco Top Coat

Repainting stucco is cosmetic. Coat with spray cork for improved color, performance and durability.

Metal roofs & cladding

Waterfproof your metal cladding while imparting a decorative finish like fine stucco.

Unfinished basements

Spray cork is a cost-effective alternative to building walls. Spray on over concrete.

Protective home seal

Prevent heat from escaping through cracks and holes by sealing your building.

Asbestos/lead encapsulation

Remediate lead and asbestos in one efficient step by encapsulating with spray cork.
